Delicious Witchy Hat

• Melting chocolate (black if you can find it)
  
  
• Wilton’s black food coloring paste
  
  
• 1-3 teaspoons milk or cream
  
  
• Sugar cone
  
  
• Wax paper
  
  
• Microwavable bowl
  
  
• Mixing spoon
  
  
• Paper cup (circumference must be greater than the widest part of the sugar cone)

1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave according to package instructions.
   
   
2. Stir well.
   
   
3. Add a small amount of milk or cream to thin the chocolate and allow it to pour more easily. Add milk 1 teaspoon at a time, stirring well after each addition.
   
   
4. When the chocolate is the right consistency, add black food coloring paste, stirring well until chocolate is as black as you wish.
   
   
5. Spread the wax paper on the counter.
   
   
6. Cut off the rim of the paper cup. Keep the rim and discard the rest of the cup.
   
   
7. Take one sugar cone and hold it over the bowl of melted chocolate. With a spoon, spread the chocolate on the cone, coating thoroughly.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
8. When the cone is completely covered, stand it up on the wax paper.
   
   
9. Place the cup rim over the cone.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
10. Pour or spoon the chocolate inside the paper cup rim, forming the brim of the hat.
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
11. Allow to dry. The more milk you have added, the longer it will take to dry.
    
    
12. When the chocolate is completely dry, peel it off the wax paper.
    
    
13. Place on a serving dish or enjoy right away.
